A fire based attack that hits enemies in the high elf’s targeted encounter.

Resistability: 12% Harder
Effects:
- Inflicts 8 – 11 heat damage on the target encounter
Elven Wisdom
Grants the high elf additional points of wisdom.
Passive Spell
Effects:
- Increases WIS of caster by 5.0
Graceful Movements
The high elves may be one of the wiser and more intelligent of the elven races but they still possess the defensive grace of the other elves. Graceful movements grants the high elf additional skill on parry and defense.

Effects:
- Increases Defense and Parry of caster by 5.0
Harmonious Mind
The high elf enters into a meditative state that grants them additional out of combat power regeneration. They also gain additional wisdom for the duration of the spell.

- Increases WIS of caster by 5.4
- Increases Out-of-Combat Power Regeneration Per Tick of caster by 12.0
Connoisseur of Fine Wines
The high elves really enjoy sipping and savoring the flavor of their wines granting them additional duration to their drinks.

- Improves the duration of drinks by 25%
Arcane Knowledge
High elves excel with magical abilities. Their aptitude for magic gives them increased maximum power.

- Increases Max Power of caster by 3.0%
Tenet of Takish’Hiz
The high elf gains additional resistance to magical attacks

- Increases Mitigation of caster vs magic damage by 3
Training of the Koada’Dal
Grants the high elf an additional chance to critical damage or heal spells. They also gain additional skill in disruption and ministration. The bonuses depend on their chosen profession.

- Increases Damage Spell Crit Chance of caster by 2.0%
- Increases Disruption of caster by 5.0
Esoteric Study
Grants the high elf additional skill in scribing.
